If for some reason, your purchase is not delivered or is damaged in transit, we’ll ship you a replacement or issue you a complete refund as per your request. If you obtained a partial order, we’ll issue you a complete refund, and then billed only for your product (s) you obtained.
Please allow 30 business days from the day that the purchase was shipped. If after 30 days, you haven’t obtained the order, or if you received any notification your order was on hold or returned to sender, please send us a ticket (contact us), and then we act on your request immediately.
If for some reasons, you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the products and we’ll issue a complimentary reshipment or refund for this product. Queries getting after 45 days of shipping won’t be entertain.
